Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Weekend and bank holiday orders will be processed the next working day. All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 working days after receiving your item to request a return.

We offer complimentary returns within the UK only.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused and unworn condition, with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept items with any indication of use. In such cases, items will be returned to you and you will not be refunded. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
