Fashion Revolution Week | Who Made My Clothes
Fashion Revolution Week! The week always falls around the 24th April; this was the date the Rana Plaza disaster happened in Savar, Bangladesh in 2013. Over 1100 people lost their lives...
Saywood is an ethically made, contemporary slow fashion brand, focused on colourful, wearable everyday essentials - the staples beyond the classics. Made in small volumes from responsibly sourced materials, each piece is elevated with beautiful attention to detail, designed to be worn and re-worn.
Contemporary London womenswear label Saywood was born out of a love for colour and unique designs that last. We aspire to bring joy and the element of surprise to everyday dressing, celebrating freedom of expression.
Created in 2020 by Harriet Saywood-Bellisario, who graduated from the London College of Fashion before working at Paul Smith, Richard Nicoll and Label/Mix, our starting points each season are classics contemporised with unexpected details.
Each collection, we deliver beautiful edits of wardrobe essentials; for our first capsule, we’ve focused on shirting. Both modern and timeless, each piece is made to be worn and re-worn.
