We ship Worldwide. Shipping charges will be applied at check out.
What are your delivery options?
UK Domestic
UK Standard – £7.00 (2 - 4 business days) - Shipped with Royal Mail, tracked.
UK Standard Small Items - £3.95 (2 - 4 business days - unless made-to-order) - Shipped with Royal Mail *Defined as fitting in a 20x20cm packaging.
UK Next Day - £10.00 (1-2 business days) - Shipped with FedEx, tracked.
Local Delivery - Free (3 business days) - We offer free local delivery to UK London postcodes E4, E5, E17, E10, E11. This option is available at checkout.
International
Please note that we do not cover taxes and duty for outside of the UK. The prices shown on the website includes UK VAT at 20%. Prices will be adjusted at checkout after entering a delivery address outside the UK to represent VAT/ no VAT. See below for further information.
Europe International Express – £20 (2 – 4 business days) - Shipped with FedEx, tracked.
United States of America - £25 is (2-4 business days) - Shipped with FedEx, tracked.
(NB. The threshold for charging customs tax and import duty/ VAT in the USA is currently set at items totally the value of $800 and upwards [or approx £600]. Please note, the USA has announced this will end on the 29th August 2025. Any items shipped after this date will incur duty charges, as we do not cover taxes and duty outside of the UK.)
Rest of World - £30 (3 - 11 business days) - Shipped with FedEx - Please note that we do not cover taxes and duty for the rest of world shipments.
All international shipments will be trackable.
All goods are delivered Delivered At Place (DAP). Prices will adjust to reflect this when you go through to checkout. Please check your countries import tax threshold - import VAT and duties will be charged to you by the courier when they arrive in the destination country.
Please note that we do not cover import VAT amount or duties at this time.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are currently shipped within 1-2 days of order placement with Royal Mail. We are a small team and thank you for your patience and understanding!
With FedEx, orders will be shipped the following day from when you place your order.
However, if you do need your order by a certain date, drop us an email on info@saywoodstudio.co.uk and we’ll do everything we can to speed things along.
Returns & exchanges
How do I return or exchange items?
We hope that you fall in love with your Saywood piece, but if things don’t work out, let us know on info@saywoodstudio.co.uk.
Items must be in new, unused and unworn condition, with all original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept items with any indication of use. In such cases, items will be returned to you and you will not be refunded.
Please note that sale items are exchange only.
How long do I have to return or exchange it?
You have 14 working days.
Do you cover postage costs?
We are now able to offer free returns for UK based shipments. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer free returns for Europe and the Rest of World, unless items you received were damaged. We recommend you obtain proof of postage, since you’ll be responsible for items until they reach us and we can’t refund you if they don’t arrive. This also applies if the parcel arrives damaged, so make sure you package them properly.
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure your shipment is marked 'customer return'.

A note on our packaging:
We have selected our packaging with the view to making it as easy to recycle as possible. Our postal box is made from 100% recycled card on its outer shell and can be fully recycled domestically. Please help us to recycle this.
Our tissue paper can also be recycled, along with our parcel tape. The stickers are also recyclable, and have a biodegradable and compostable adhesive, so this doesn’t get in the way of recycling. And finally our postcards, they have already had a previous life as they are made from 100% recycled card.
