Our Adams Jumper is the epitome of an elevated essential. A classic fisherman rib body plays off statement balloon sleeves featuring moss, purl and tactile stitch details, creating subtle textures that invite closer inspection. Once there, you’ll notice a delicate vine tracing each sleeve with hand-finished leaves, adding depth and dimension. We’ve added a finer knit under the arm for comfort and a folded-over neckline designed to hold its shape season after season.

Knitted in London from 100% supersoft lambswool spun in Aberdeenshire, our Adams Jumper has the familiar feel of a wardrobe favourite from the very first wear. Naturally thermoregulating, the wool keeps you warm without overheating, meaning it’s just as comfortable over a shirt as it is worn on its own.

The warm, off-white ivory yarn with deep sea navy contrast stitch at the neckline is a nod to timeless nautical heritage. Fit | True to size

Jumper is a relaxed, boxy style that fits with ease around the body. The hem finishes just below the top hip, covering your trouser line. We recommend sizing up or down depending on your preferred fit.

Clothing Care | Wash less, love always

As a humble natural fibre, wool is prone to pilling, but it is easily removed with a gentle comb. Once it has pilled, good quality wool won’t pill again, and only minutely. We recommend storing in an airtight bag when not in regular use to protect against moths.

Wool is naturally odour-resistant and shouldn’t need to be washed more than once a season when aired regularly. Spot clean marks by lightly brushing, or with a gentle wool detergent, and when it does need a wash, follow our care advice:

- Cold handwash or dry clean only
- Low iron
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
- Use gentle wool detergent only
- Reshape whilst damp
- Dry flat away from direct sunlight and heat

Our Adams Sweater is crafted from 100% supersoft lambswool, spun in Aberdeenshire at a family-run heritage mill that has been perfecting its craft since 1798. Using traditional machines over 50 years old, the yarn is ring-spun to create its heathered tones – a natural colour variance that gives each piece depth, character and nuance.

Wool itself is one of nature’s cleverest fibres: biodegradable, regenerative and naturally breathable. It’s thermoregulating, keeping your body at just the right temperature, and odour-resistant too, meaning it needs less frequent washing. Less washing means less water – kinder to the planet, and to your knitwear.

Each Adams Sweater is expertly knitted in London by Knitster, just a stone’s throw from Saywood HQ, a small, female-founded factory with only five knitting machines.

Each sleeve takes 20 minutes to knit and is carefully finished by hand to create the unique 3D leaf detail, making this truly slow fashion.
