Rosa Puff Sleeve Shirtdress, Pink Coral Tartan Check
Rosa Puff Sleeve Shirtdress, Pink Coral Tartan Check
This one-of-a-few statement foundation piece will bring you joy every time you wear it. Cut from a beautifully fluid, yet structured, limited tartan lyocell and cotton surplus cloth, and handmade in our London factory, the Rosa Dress is designed with playful juxtapositions; the demure clean long line, elongated pockets and side splits to just above the knee. Whilst the puff sleeve and the ruffles at the base of the pockets give a relaxed femininity.
Functionality is essential; the detachable tie belt allows you to cinch the waist for an elegant silhouette, or wear loose for a fresh relaxed feel. A handy loop inside the back neck allows you to store your belt in the wardrobe for safety. Trimmed with a lilac hem bind for an extra flash of contrast, and Codelite® buttons on the cuff, which has been given space for adjustability.
The Rosa is the dress you'll love breezing round in.

Wash less, love always
Hang your shirtdress outside to air, rather than washing after every wear. This way, it will last longer and also have a lower environmental impact. Marks can be spot cleaned with warm soapy water, and when it does need a wash, follow our care advice:
- Machine wash 30 degrees
- Wash with similar colours
- Medium iron
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
A note on our surplus fabric and Codelite® buttons
Our Rosa shirtdress uses a beautiful surplus cloth composed of Lyocell ™ and cotton. It’s sourced from the Riopele mill in Portugal, which is certified STeP by OEKO-TEX® for sustainable production. The dress itself is handcrafted in North East London by MAES, a well-above living wage factory just down the road from the Saywood studio, keeping our carbon footprint minimal.
For our buttons, we’ve used Codelite®, as it’s a natural material made from casein, a protein derived from milk. Codelite® is also biodegradable, which means your shirtdress’ impact on the environment once it reaches the end of its lifecycle will be reduced further.
