Handmade in our London studio, the navy check is a zero waste scrunchie cut from excess cloth from production. We aim to use everything at Saywood and this beautiful subtly textured cloth is no exception. Super soft, this unique check makes for a beautiful scrunchie. Pair with a matching Heidi Headband, or wear it with your favourite Saywood piece. This scrunchie makes for a great hair accessory, or wear on your wrist to complete your outfit.

Elastic: 60% Organic Cotton, 40% Natural Rubber; biodegradable

Machine washable at 30 degrees

Crafted using a beautiful deadstock pima cotton navy check, left over from the production of our Rosa Dress. It’s sourced from the surplus stock of the Riopele mill in Portugal, which is certified STeP by OEKO-TEX® for sustainable production.

It's not just the cloth we consider, but the trimmings too. The elastane is made form organic cotton and plant-based rubber, so of your scrunchie ever meets the earth, it will biodegrade considerately to the planet.
